I am filling a hole in my boat's wooden transom. I don't think I am able to dry it 100%, so there may be some moisture in the wood. I want to fill the hole with epoxy resin/filler, but am aware that the epoxy won't cure properly if exposed to 'damp' wood - hence I need a sealer in between.
Any ideas please?
