Is Easylam Resin suitable for small boat repairs?

Easylam is an industrial resin used for the manufacture of mouldings that are non structural. It's a nifty product, producing laminates that are thicker than with ordinary polyester resin. The benefit is a quicker turn around (fewer layers required to create the same thickness), but resin consumption is higher per area of matting, so cost savings are only apparent when using less glassfibre.
That said, Easylam would be great for things like internal mouldings (lockers, furniture etc), but I would only recommend our General Purpose Resin for structural repairs.
